armack HS-S Brazing Paste 1000g

A premium-class flux in the form of a brown paste, recognized as the market standard in the tooling industry. It was developed specifically for the most demanding joining processes where traditional fluxes fail. Thanks to its DIN EN 1045-FH12 classification and unique formula, it is indispensable for the brazing of cutting tools and high-alloy steel components.

Key features and applications:

• Brazing of sintered carbides (tungsten carbide / Widia): Effectively removes stubborn tungsten and titanium oxides, ensuring the excellent wettability of cutting inserts in core drills, circular saws, and lathe tools.
• Joining stainless and acid-resistant steel: Perfectly handles the passive oxide layer on high-alloy steels, making it essential in the production of heat exchangers and specialized valves or fittings.
  
• Prolonged heating processes: Due to its exceptional thermal stability, the paste does not char during the extended heating of large components.
